I’m Rishabh Arora, founder of Aptitude Baba and President of Amritsar Founders. Since 2017 I’ve helped college students across Punjab walk into placement season prepared, and today I work to make Amritsar a city where young entrepreneurs can build, hire and grow.

01 — About
I studied engineering at Amritsar College of Engineering & Technology and saw first-hand how many talented students lost out in placements, not for lack of ability, but for lack of preparation. Aptitude Baba began as my answer to that: a structured, personal way to master aptitude, group discussions and interviews.
Alongside teaching, I build things that help Amritsar grow. As President of Amritsar Founders, I work with the city’s business owners and young founders on recruitment drives, training camps and the partnerships that put Amritsar on the business map.

02 — Selected work
Founder · 2017 – present
Amritsar’s institute for campus-placement preparation. Students train for recruitment tests and interviews at companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini and KPMG, and for assessments such as AMCAT and eLitmus.
Programs range from a 20-lecture Personality Development Program, to a Complete Course covering maths, reasoning and English, to HiFlex: two months of one-to-one coaching.

The Golden City Entrepreneur Society: a community of entrepreneurs and business owners that connects and empowers people across Amritsar’s corporate and startup ecosystem.
The society runs recruitment drives, training camps and market research, partners with institutions such as IKG Punjab Technical University, and champions the city’s businesses with policymakers.
